The Catalyst Corporation is hiring a motivated and outgoing Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in the Oak Brook, IL area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing a positive customer experience, and building hands-on experience in customer service and sales.


As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment, helping introduce client products and services, explain current promotions, answer questions, and assist customers in selecting options that fit their needs.


This role combines customer service, sales, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience is helpful but not required — paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
