What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with operational leaders and corporate partners to strengthen the employee experience across the facility.
  • Spend time where it matters most, on the floor, building relationships, listening to employees, understanding challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and identify trends that impact engagement and retention.
  • Turn employee feedback into practical solutions and action plans.
  • Lead and support the Buddy Program and new hire onboarding experience.
  • Facilitating weekly new hire orientation sessions.
  • Delivering engaging classroom and instructor-led training for employees and leaders.
  • Supporting the rollout of new programs, processes, policies, and operational initiatives.
  • Tracking training completion and supporting ongoing employee development efforts.
  • Adapting training schedules and delivery methods to meet the needs of a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate
  • 1-3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, training, employee relations, operations support, or a related field.
  • Experience using employee feedback, surveys, focus groups, or workforce data to improve retention and engagement.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence leaders and drive positive change.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
