Job description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets
products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to
factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
  • Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
  • Manage, maintain, and organize 100+ orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required
Years of Experience:2 or more years of experience required
Software Knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred
Customer facing experience preferred
