Job Summary
Aguinaga Green is seeking machine operators and yard labor to work at our compost and mulch production site. We provide on the job training for those looking to learn more about the compost industry. We provide on the job training that could lead into our heavy equipment operator role for those looking to learn and grow with our company.

Equipment in yard includes:
Front Loader
Motor-Grader
Bulldozer
Excavator
Skid Steer

Experienced operators are encouraged to apply!ย 


General Accountabilities
Operate and maintain yard equipment safely and efficiently.
Handle materials, including loading and unloading items from trucks or storage areas.
Assist in operating machinery as needed for production tasks.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to minimize risks associated with yard operations.

Job Qualifications
Hands on learner with a team player attitude
Experience operating Cat heavy loaders
Ability to work Monday through Friday 6:30am - 4pm with Saturdays as needed.ย
