Job Summary:
Expedition Technology is seeking an experienced Cloud Development Software Engineer to join their collaborative team in Herndon, VA. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) while supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage cleared Cloud deployments using C2S
โ€ข Work with a team to manage existing AWS infrastructure in GovCloud
โ€ข Utilize your DevOps skills to maintain and support software engineering efforts
โ€ข Employ your software engineering skills to design and develop CloudFormation templates for reusability
โ€ข Reach across cleared and uncleared environments to develop compatible infrastructure
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข United States Citizenship โ€“ this position requires an active US government issued Top Secret/SCI security clearance for which you must be a US Citizen to obtain
โ€ข An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
โ€ข Experience with Cloud deployments in a cleared environment
โ€ข Experience with DevOps best practices
โ€ข Containerization experience
โ€ข Prior support of CI/CD development
โ€ข Experience with developing CloudFormation templates
โ€ข Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Preferred:
