Expansion Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for growth of new concrete teams? Are you a problem solver with a can-do attitude? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Expansion Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in scaling our business bringing success to our recently established teams in new markets.
Responsibilities
The Expansion Manager will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Direct reporting to CEO: Collaborate and execute the company vision, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Concrete Expertise: Ensuring great customer experience with concrete projects.
  • Optimizing Team Development: Training and maintaining outstanding personnel.
  • Optimizing Markets: Identifying and accentuating the most successful project and customer types to bring volume and financial success.
  • Installing Bartley Systems: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, accounting, marketing/business development, and sales, to ensure that Bartley systems are understood, trained and used.
  • Ensuring Pillars of Success, great concrete performance: Safety Always, Efficiency, Shining Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Understanding and using key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly reporting on the progress and success of expansion teams.
  • Partnership Building: Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate new team growth of volume and profit.

Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of concrete project management.
  • Fluent in Spanish is helpful.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
  • Exposure to or experience in business development, strategic planning, project financials, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Willingness to start the day at a Bartley workplace at 6 am
