Job description

Job Summary
To oversee and support after-school by providing on-site leadership, coordination, and guidance to After School staff, sponsors, and community partners as part of the Community School Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) focus area. 

Organizational Relationship
The Site Supervisor reports directly to the TOSA- Student Activities Coordinator
Qualifications


  • Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator Licensure (PEL), preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as education, human services, or related social services, preferred
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions regarding the safety and welfare of students
  • Ability to perform assigned duties and tasks with a minimum of direction
  • Fluency in a second language, preferred

Work Schedule and Pay

This is a temporary and seasonal assignment.  The Site Supervisor will work each day that After-School Clubs (ASC) and After-School Exploration (ASE) are in session. The position is paid at an hourly rate of $40. For more information about dates, work schedule, and hours CLICK HERE.
