Are you looking to take your dental assisting career to the next level? Exton Dental Health Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated EFDA Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our team in Exton, PA. As an EFDA at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures
  • Place and Finish anterior and posterior composite resins
  • Assist with crowns, dentures, fabricate temporary crowns, sealant placement , zoom whitening
  • Conduct iTero scanning, digital X-rays, and take impressions
  • Provide support for cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics ,orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry

Required Skills:

  • X-Ray Certified with Pennsylvania EFDA Certification
  • Proficient in chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry
  • Proficient in placement and finishing of composite resin restorations
  • Knowledge of orthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery procedures
  • Ability to perform sealant placement, fluoride treatments, and iTero scanning
