A Day in the Life: Account Manager – Exploring Graphics (Las Vegas)About the Role

At Exploring Graphics, a division of Exploring, LLC, every project is unique. As an Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for your clients, responsible for managing projects from concept through final installation. You serve as the bridge between clients, sales, design, production, shipping, and installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Starting Your Day

You begin your morning by reviewing project schedules, production updates, installation timelines, and customer communications. With several projects in different stages of production, you prioritize your workload and identify any issues that require immediate attention.

Building Customer Relationships

Throughout the day, you communicate with customers, exhibit houses, marketing teams, event coordinators, and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned.

You answer questions, provide project updates, review specifications, coordinate schedules, and help customers navigate changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Every detail matters because your planning directly impacts the success of customer events.

Problem Solving

Trade shows and events operate on strict deadlines. Priorities change quickly, and unexpected challenges can arise.

You proactively identify potential issues before they become problems, whether it's adjusting production schedules, expediting shipments, coordinating reprints, or communicating schedule changes with customers.

Your ability to stay organized and remain calm under pressure is one of your greatest strengths.

At Exploring Graphics, no one succeeds alone.

You work closely with production, operations, purchasing, logistics, installers, and sales to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Daily communication and teamwork are essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Business Growth

While providing outstanding customer service, you also look for opportunities to grow customer relationships.

You identify additional products and services that support your clients' marketing objectives and event needs while helping build long-term partnerships.

Wrapping Up

Before ending the day, you update project notes, document customer communications, confirm production milestones, and prepare for the next day's priorities.

You leave knowing your work helped create graphics, displays, exhibits, and branded environments that will be seen by thousands of people across the country.
