You will be working onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and tools necessary for effective physical therapy treatments. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing specialized therapeutic techniques and exercises tailored to each individual's unique needs, with a focus on orthopedic conditions.
• Providing ongoing assessments to monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to foster comprehensive care aimed at achieving the best possible patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and their caregivers about recovery processes, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational goals.

Your patient population will predominantly include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to post-surgical patients, athletes, and individuals with musculoskeletal disorders. You will also work with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, giving you a well-rounded clinical experience and the opportunity to treat a diverse array of conditions. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, preferably APTA or CAPTE-approved.
• A current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient word processing and computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• A genuine desire to build strong therapeutic relationships and contribute positively to patient well-being.

While not mandatory, preferred experience includes:

• Previous work in an orthopedic-focused setting or relevant specialty.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies and rehabilitation protocols.
• Familiarity with technology and software used in physical therapy environments.
