Job description

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Cardiac Diagnostic Nurse (RN) to join our cardiology team. In this role, the RN will perform and assist with cardiac stress testing, including exercise treadmill tests (ETTs) and pharmacologic stress testing, in support of nuclear cardiology examinations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong cardiac assessment skills, advanced ECG interpretation abilities, and the clinical expertise to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program required

  • Current RN licensure in MA, will require NH license within 6 months of hire

Certifications

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required

  • Advanced ECG interpretation skills required

  • Cardiac Stress Testing Certification preferred, if applicable

Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cardiac, telemetry, or critical care nursing preferred

  • Prior experience with exercise treadmill testing (ETT), nuclear stress testing, or non-invasive cardiology strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are currently seeking a part-time, 32-hour Cardiac Diagnostic Registered Nurse to join our team on site at our 1 Parkway location in Haverhill, MA. This position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. By fall 2026, we anticipate including coverage to include our Salem, NH location as part of this role's schedule.
