Schedule
  • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

What You'll Do
  • Patient evaluation, exercise instruction, and pain management
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
  • Provide equipment training and patient/family education
  • Document patient progress accurately and on time
  • Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support residents in regaining independence and quality of life

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
  • Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
  • Experience in post acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
