- Licensed in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
