Aligned Modern Health (AMH) is creating a new standard of healthcare. As the largest evidence-based holistic medicine practice in the Midwest, we operate 16 clinics across Chicago with a rapidly expanding telehealth practice that will be serving patients nationwide in 2026.
Our collaborative team of over 100 doctors, nurse practitioners, and clinicians provides personalized care for men, women and children across functional medicine, clinical nutrition, chiropractic care, rehabilitation and massage therapy, and acupuncture. Aligned Modern Health treats the whole person with strong doctor-patient relationships and proven clinical outcomes - empowering lasting well-being and long-term health.
We are on the leading edge of physical rehabilitation and perform scientific, evidence-based practices. We are seeking an outstanding Rehabilitation Specialist to split time between and become an integral team member in our physical medicine practices at our Elmhurst and Orland Parkclinics. Our Rehabilitation Specialists work directly with our physical medicine doctors to assist and progress our patients through targeted therapeutic exercise programs and teach motor patterns. Our Rehabilitation Specialists are key team members that help us provide the best possible patient care and an outstanding overall one-on-one patient experience. The role pays $43,000-$47,000 per year (based on experience), plus full benefits, paid time off/vacation time, and paid holidays.

We're looking for great, fun candidates who will engage with our patients and provide a five-star experience. These are full-time positions with required weekday evening and one weekend day shifts. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday, with evening hours Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The position will split time between our Elmhurst and Orland Park clinic locations.
