Your Role as Our Part Time Coach: At Alloy Personal Training, we don’t just offer workouts—

we create an experience. As the Part Time Coach, you’ll be the driving force behind that

• Lead 6-15 small group sessions per week, helping members achieve their goals in a

fun, dynamic setting.

• Be the face of Alloy, working with the Studio Director and Head Coach to deliver an unmatched

fitness experience that keeps members coming back!

teamwork!

What We’re Looking For: If you’re passionate, energetic, and ready to inspire, you’re exactly who we want. Here’s the kind of coach we’re after:

• Certified Pro: You hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or similar) or have a BA in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.

• Experience: At least 2 years of personal training or small group training experience.

• Sales Savvy: You know how to sell (because who wouldn’t want to train with you?).

• Organization Master: You’ve got excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the computer, because we use tech to enhance our client experience

Flexibility: Evening and some Saturday hours are required.
