What You'll DoCoach and Inspire
  • Lead fun, energetic Team Training and Small Group Training sessions.
  • Motivate members to stay consistent and reach their goals.
  • Build positive relationships with members that create accountability and long-term success.
Personal Training
  • Design individualized workout programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and fitness level.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching with proper exercise instruction and progression.
  • Deliver safe, effective workouts that follow Anytime Fitness coaching standards.
Fitness Consultations
  • Conduct new member success sessions, assessments, and fitness consultations.
  • Help members establish realistic goals and create personalized action plans.
  • Recommend appropriate coaching services based on member needs.
Member Success
  • Track client progress through assessments and coaching software.
  • Modify programs as members improve.
  • Celebrate milestones and encourage long-term lifestyle changes.
Educate Members
  • Teach proper exercise technique.
  • Provide basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance within your scope of practice.
  • Help members build confidence inside and outside the gym.
Support Club Growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to grow the coaching department.
  • Help retain members through exceptional coaching and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
  • Represent Anytime Fitness professionally in the community through outreach and events when needed.

CompensationHourly Pay

$15–$25 per hour

Qualifications

Preferred applicants will have:

  • CPR/AED Certification
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for helping others succeed
  • Basic computer and technology skills, including fitness apps and club management software
  • Personal training or coaching experience is preferred but not required
  • A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
