As a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 5:15pm - 2:00am. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with your mornings and weekends free.
What You'll Do
  • Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
  • Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
  • Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations based on movement and ergonomic principles
  • Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and wellness initiatives
  • Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record
  • Participate in meetings and task forces as deemed necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in Health/Fitness Industry; Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
  • Experience in Group Exercise Programing preferred
  • Experience in Ergonomics preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Sciences (Exercise science, kinesiology, and other movement related fields) or equivalent experience required
  • Current CPR certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC, or Basic Life Support for community/lay responder required
  • Current hands-on training in AHA or ARC First Aid is required
