Job description

Overview
The Department of Kinesiology at Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) invites applicants for adjunct faculty positions. Our department offers undergraduate and graduate programs of study. AUM seeks Adjunct Instructors capable of teaching courses in Exercise Science. Experience teaching online and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Exercise Science are required.

This position is part of a potential adjunct faculty pool. Candidates may be contacted by the Department Chair as instructional needs arise that align with their area of expertise.
Responsibilities
All instructors are expected to be excellent teachers, responsive to changing professional needs, committed to innovative delivery of instruction resulting improved student learning, and committed to effective use of all technologies. In order to teach online, the Adjunct Instructor will be required to complete AUM's Canvas Training and be certified by the university to teach online.
Qualifications
Master's Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Exercise Science
