About the Role:
Join KidStrong -A&M YOUTH FITNESS LLC as a Coach and inspire the next generation of athletes! We are seeking passionate individuals to help children develop their fitness skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement age-appropriate fitness programs for youth participants.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that promote physical activity.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their skills.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of each participant, adjusting programs as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and achievements.
  • Stay updated on the latest youth fitness trends and coaching techniques.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in coaching, fitness training, or working with youth.
  • Certification in coaching, personal training, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
  • Ability to create a fun and energetic learning environment.
