Job description

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA or COTA) to provide direct therapy treatment to patients in homes and daycares. As an OTA or COTA, you will involve patients and their families in home education/exercise programs, schedule patient visits to meet the plan of care, complete visit documentation utilizing Health Trust Software, and adhere to agency timelines for the successful completion of all paperwork as needed. You will also attend team meetings to collaborate with colleagues and ensure effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy treatment in homes and daycares
  • Involve patients and their families in home education/exercise programs
  • Complete visit documentation utilizing Health Trust Software
  • Schedule patient visits to meet the plan of care
