Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an IR unit, requiring a minimum of 18 months of permanent specialty experience and an active Ohio license.

Details
  • Interventional Radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
  • 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • On-call is required for this position
  • Local candidates are accepted for this position
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Interventional Radiology experience required
  • Active Ohio RN license required at time of consideration; compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/23 and forward — license required if applicable
  • Active BLS certification required with no pending renewals
  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position
  • One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty is required for consideration — non-supervisory references will not be accepted
  • A copy of your driver's license and Social Security card are required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Candidates who have previously worked at a Cleveland Clinic facility as a permanent or per diem employee must wait 1 year from their previous end date before being considered
  • All requested time off must be disclosed prior to or at the time of interview
  • Nicotine-free status is required for non-nurse and non-CST travelers — a negative 10-panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen taken within the last 12 months is required and must be updated annually
  • Background check hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility; open cases will not be accepted
  • Facility does not accept any license hits
  • BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
  • Candidates must pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprinting at the facility prior to their start date, which can be done as soon as all required pre-start modules are completed
  • Pre-start and annual modules are completed via Silkroad and vary by specialty
  • Candidates with facial hair must have an approved medical or religious exemption to use a PAPR — facial hair alone is not an accepted alternative
  • Facility has a strict do-not-call policy
