Job description

ODORZX Inc. is seeking a currently sworn or recently retired law enforcement officer to provide off-duty support related to incident documentation, police report coordination, and liaison work with local, state, and federal agencies.

This role is administrative and coordination-focused, not patrol or security enforcement. The selected officer will assist leadership with navigating reporting requirements, jurisdictional communication, and documentation standards following operational incidents.

Scheduling & Availability

This is a per diem, on-call position. Work assignments are not guaranteed and will be scheduled based on business needs, incident activity, and availability.

  • Officer must be available for on-call response as requested
  • Assignments may involve short notice and variable hours
  • No minimum number of hours is guaranteed per week or per month

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation, review, and filing of police reports and incident documentation
  • Coordinate and communicate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as required
  • Advise internal leadership on jurisdictional procedures and reporting protocols
  • Support follow-up requests, supplemental reports, and inter-agency information exchange
  • Travel to various company locations as needed to support incident response and coordination
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
  • Currently sworn or honorably retired law enforcement officer (local, state, or federal)
