The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking a Data Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Data Office. In this role,you'lloversee analytics and reporting services, guide talented professionals, strengthen data governance practices, and collaborate with leaders across the agency to ensure reliable, high-quality data supports better outcomes for more than one million Oregonians each year. Summary of Duties

As the Data Operations Manager (Business Operations Manager 2), you will provide operational leadership for the ODHS Data Office by managing the delivery of enterprise analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data services. You will supervise multiple teams,establishoperational priorities and service standards, oversee workload planning, and ensure data products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with agency governance and strategic priorities.

Working closely with Data Office leadership, IT partners, program leadership, and business partners and other interested parties, you will translate enterprise data governance into operational practice, foster collaboration across programs, improve business processes, and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, equity, and customer service. This position directly supports the agency's mission by ensuring trusted data is available to inform policy, programs, and decisions that improve the lives of Oregonians.

Minimum Qualifications

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record arerequiredfor this position.

Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
