Project Executive | Technical TI | Bay Area


We are partnering with a well respected General Contractor on a key Project Executive hire leading highly technical tenant improvement work.


This role sits at the intersection of operations and preconstruction. You will lead a team, stay close to estimating, and play an active role in how projects are delivered.


Looking for someone who:

• Enjoys mentoring and developing Project Managers and Project Engineers

• Is comfortable overseeing multiple projects

• Can balance leadership with being hands on when needed

• Brings experience with complex, technical construction projects such as life sciences, manufacturing, data centers, or heavy MEP TI
