Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at North Campus and South Campus, Edmonton. Work also takes place at Silent Ice Centre, Nisku.

Athletics is currently seeking energetic, customer service oriented, team members to join our Account Executive team for the 2026-27 conference season and playoffs. Reporting to the Event Ticketing Lead, the Account Executive is responsible for the sale of ticket packages and group sales for Golden Bears & Pandas Athletics. Shifts are typically scheduled for Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the course of the season (mid-August - March), with some weekday office hours available.

  • Experience with CRM software and/or Ticketmaster Archtics / Igniter Ticketing is an asset.

  • Provides ticketing services at venue box office on Game Days (Friday and Saturday nights).
  • Provides customer service for incoming inquiries (occasional office hours if desired).
  • Shows strong time management skills to balance workload between ticket packages and group sales initiatives.
  • Outbound phone calls and emailing to connect with B2C clients.
  • Identifies the correct ticket package for each unique customer.
  • Builds relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote additional products to current clients.
  • Ticketing printing and packaging for large event nights.
