Redfire Grill is Platinum Dining Group's reimagining of the "Great American Steakhouse" and it is quickly apparent after you first open the doors why it has become the destination for people wanting great steaks throughout Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The voluminous red walls with stone and wrought iron accents offer both a sexy and masculine punch to the richly appointed bar while providing a casual backdrop to the warm and inviting dining room.
Our service staff is engaging and knowledgeable without being obtrusive. Our menu features an endless selection of dry-aged beef seared to perfection in our 1200 degree chophouse broiler. Other menu items include fresh fish, organic chicken & traditional steakhouse beef offerings. Lunch options are highlighted by generously portioned salads, sandwiches and signature burgers.

We are looking for "seasoned" kitchen professionals to join our staff.Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as the ability to lead others is a must. Our Grill Masters will follow the direction of our Chefs to prepare dishes that will delight our guests!


If you are a motivated, energetic, hard-working self-starter than we want to meet with you!


We have full-time and part-time positions available. All kitchen staff enjoy a complimentary family-style meal while at work. All full-time employees are eligible for benefits such as healthcare, dental, and 401K.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks

  • Work with a variety of proteins, including various cuts of beef

  • Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare

  • Enjoy providing great hospitality


Qualifications:

  • Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence

  • Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position

  • Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

  • Good sense of taste and smell

  • Knowledge of a second language isa plus
