Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Experience & Creative Marketing Specialist to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital marketing assets across multiple brands. This role combines UX/UI design, website management, graphic design, and cross-functional project management to create engaging customer experiences while supporting business growth.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing user experiences, building and maintaining web content, creating marketing materials, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Digital Experience
  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites using UX/UI best practices.
  • Build and update web pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma.
  • Manage website launches, updates, and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital properties.
  • Coordinate with developers and vendors to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot content or layout issues.

Creative Design
  • Design digital and print marketing materials.
  • Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Develop landing pages, banners, and other web assets.
  • Maintain brand standards across multiple business units.
  • Produce promotional assets for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Project Management
  • Manage multiple creative and digital projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate timelines with marketing, merchandising, IT, and leadership teams.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize competing requests while meeting deadlines.

Digital Asset Management
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets.
  • Ensure proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Maintain creative libraries and improve workflows for asset accessibility and distribution.

Marketing Support
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Design customer-facing sales materials and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives and digital communications.
  • Collaborate on merchandising and promotional strategies across multiple brands.

Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, IT, and executive leadership to deliver creative solutions.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Figma or similar UX/UI design software.
  • Strong graphic design portfolio.
  • Experience managing website content and digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics.
  • Experience working with multiple brands or business units.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems.
