Job description

Summary: Under general supervision and with independent judgment, executes administrative policies; provides a wide variety of administrative staff services and administrative support to one or more company executives by performing some or all of the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provides meeting and travel support, including:
    1. Coordinates manager and department calendars; schedules meetings and appointments.
    2. Arranges travel plans and itineraries.
    3. Arranges meetings, programs, events, or conferences and monitors event budget.

  1. Prepares and distributes documents and manages files, including:
    1. Composes and distributes documents, including correspondence, memos, reports, meeting summaries, procedures, agreements, agendas, etc.
    2. Maintains electronic and manual file systems

  1. Provides administrative support to a variety of operating functions, projects, or program, such as:
    1. May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
    2. Provides project support by conducting basic research and updating project reports.
    3. Coordinates activities relating to department accounting and budget including processing invoices, consolidating budgets, reporting variances, etc.

  1. May serve as a member of project teams, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.

  1. Performs other duties as assigned.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position works onsite in Frankenmuth, Michigan
A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
