Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer / EVP of Sales

Salary: $ 130 to $170 K Plus With Incentives can touch upto $200 K Including Incentives

Position Summary:
The Vice President of National Retail Chains (VP of NRC) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability across key national retail accounts. This executive will lead the development and execution of retail strategies, manage high-impact partnerships, and oversee a team focused on delivering exceptional results across major retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on growth, innovation, and customer experience across national retail chains.
  • Account Management: Own executive-level relationships with top national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Costco, Best Buy, etc.), ensuring strong collaboration, joint business planning, and long-term partnership success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of account directors and managers. Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, assortment optimization, and execution of retail programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of retail initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Analytics: Oversee sales forecasting, performance tracking, and retail analytics to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a leadership position in the market.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
