As part of the Cloud Operations team you lead the deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions that transform client operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in delivering exceptional client service while fostering leadership development and mentoring junior staff to achieve their potential. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and to drive impactful projects that enhance business performance.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred
- Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models

- Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
