The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including prioritizing meetings, appointments, and commitments across multiple time zones.Screen, manage, and respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive with professionalism and urgency.Create, edit, and organize high-quality presentations, reports, briefing materials, and documents for executive meetings and events.Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, and high-level partners.Plan, organize, and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other high-level gatherings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, visas, and all necessary documentation.Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.Lead and oversee special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Ensure the executive's office operates smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner consistent with the executive's standards and preferences.Process expense reports, track budgets, and manage financial activities.technologies to maximize executive productivity and communication.Navigate and respect diverse cultural norms and business etiquette when engaging with global stakeholders and international partners.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Exceptional ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, competing deadlines, and dynamic priorities simultaneously.Outstanding written and oral communication skills with a polished, professional executive presence.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
