  • Support ongoing maintenance of account-level trading instructions and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain approved broker lists, broker documentation, and broker onboarding processes.
  • Assist in preparing broker commission reports, broker activity summaries, and related management reporting.
  • Support the collection, validation, and organization of data used in Trade Cost Analysis (β€œTCA”) reports.

  • Familiarity with the full trade lifecycle, including allocations, affirmations, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Experience using Bloomberg and/or an Order Management System (β€œOMS”) or equivalent trading technology platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and report preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely across Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
  • Ability to prioritize time sensitive deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced market environment.
