Job description

The Enterprise Sales Executive is an outside sales business to business hunting role. The role is responsible for lead generation, territory penetration, and value-added selling within Hotwire’s commercial services portfolio. The Enterprise Sales Executive should be passionate about emerging technology within the telecom industry, demonstrate consultative selling skills, and be motivated as an individual to drive new sales revenue throughout each sales cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivers face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Hotwire FisionWork solutions and services.
  • Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
  • Sells with the goal of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets.
  • Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, events, and partner relationships.
  • Assists with developing sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
  • Participates in out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrates excellent verbal and written skills and skill in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
    • At least two years in B2B sales experience.
    • Two - five years’ experience in account executive role; 1.5 years within the last three years.
    • Two years' experience in D2D with the same company is highly preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
    • Industry-related experience preferred.
