Role Summary

The Business Services Account Executive is a pivotal client development role within the fast-growing Breezeline Business Services team, focused on cultivating strategic relationships and expanding our footprint in the South Florida market. This position requires the Account Executive to be an owner who proactively identifies, engages, and develops new business clients, aligning their needs with our broadband, voice (VOIP), and TV services. Success hinges on strong consultative selling skills and driving the entire new business cycle with small, medium, and enterprise businesses. Compensation is directly tied to achieving success in new business development and revenue growth through consistent, in-market business-to-business (B2B) client engagement within the territory. This is a hybrid role with a Base office located in Miramar, Fl.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers face-to-face consultative sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Breezeline's communication services (Internet, VOIP, Video) to secure the optimal solution for the customer.

  • Leads with the goal of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets, responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota by selling telecommunications services to small/medium (SMB) & Enterprise businesses.

  • Generates new leads and develops a personal sales funnel with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities (Events, Trade Associations,etc) , including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and leveraging internal sales tools and lead lists.

  • Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers, including the development and presentation of client-centric product proposals.

  • Assists with developing sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.

  • Interacts with Bulk customers, Property Managers, and Board of Directors to assist with business services billing, contract issues and service concerns, including processing bulk releases, ramp-ups, and adjustments.

  • Maintains a professional relationship with all customers and business partners, following through with pre-sale and post-sale and future sales customer communications.

  • Prepares sales and activity reports as required, maintaining all necessary sales databases (e.g., Salesforce) to report sales activity and customer information.

  • Works collaboratively with other business services support groups, including Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing personnel.

  • Attends all sales and training sessions, virtual and face-to-face, as required to maintain technical and sales skills proficiency in the changing telecom environment.

Skills and Experience
  • Strong sales aptitude and willingness to acquire new business clients-seeking sales personas with the challenger/hunter style!

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas by selling services to SMB and/or enterprise customers required.

  • Excellent Time Management, Negotiation, Goal Setting, Prospecting, and Interpersonal skills.

  • Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to recognize opportunity.

  • Extensive and recent experience with high velocity/transitional sales, or telecommunication sales required

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
