You manage the full project lifecycle from contract execution through operational turnover, including coordinating internal teams, maintaining schedule and financial performance, and ensuring customers have a clear and predictable deployment experience.

This role works closely with Sales, Construction, Engineering, and Operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within scope. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced project leader who can deliver complex deployments while developing people, improving organizational performance, and demonstrating the capability to grow into broader people, portfolio, and organizational leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and project milestones across multiple concurrent projects

  • Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation point during deployment

  • Coordinate execution across Sales, Construction, Engineering, and Operations teams

  • Interpret customer contracts to ensure scope, service commitments, and change management are handled correctly

  • Monitor project financials including revenue tracking, cost management, and forecast accuracy

  • Identify and resolve risks that may impact delivery timelines, financial performance, or customer experience

  • Provide operational oversight and guidance to other Customer Success Project Managers, including project health, risks, schedules, financial performance, and customer commitments

  • Mentor and develop Project Managers through coaching, knowledge sharing, performance feedback, and support for career development

  • Drive consistent project management practices, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the Customer Success Project Management team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced project leader who can manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a broader view of the customer deployment portfolio

  • Clear communicator who builds trust with customers, internal stakeholders, and fellow Project Managers

  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail with the ability to establish structure across complex and evolving projects

  • Ability to manage project risks and resolve issues quickly in mission-critical environments

  • Collaborative leader who aligns cross-functional teams around delivery milestones and customer commitments

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence other project managers and cross-functional team members

  • Strategic thinker who can identify trends across projects and translate operational challenges into process improvements

  • Structured decision maker who remains effective under schedule, financial, customer, and organizational pressure

  • Ability to communicate project and portfolio-level risks, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Leadership mindset with the capability and ambition to grow into broader people, portfolio, and organizational leadership responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience delivering complex, revenue-impacting initiatives in data centers or technology deployment environments.

  • PMP certification is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing concurrent, high-visibility projects with full lifecycle accountability.

  • Strong contract interpretation skills, including scope of management, SLAs, and commercial protections.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve and maintain strong customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Smartsheet, including development of complex schedules, dashboards, executive reporting, and financial tracking tools.

  • Executive presence, strong analytical capability, and the ability to operate independently in high-stakes, revenue-critical situations.
