What You'll Do

In this dynamic and highly visible role, you'll support sales operations, customer engagement, and cross-functional initiatives that help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage customer and prospect information within CRM platforms.
  • Create and track sales opportunities while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales activity and customer spending reports.
  • Identify customer spending trends and provide meaningful insights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
  • Partner with multiple departments to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Assist with sales proposals, competitive bids, and vendor registrations.
  • Monitor project timelines and internal processes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help facilitate and track sales opportunities from initiation through completion.
  • Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
