JOB TITLE
General Affairs Security Technical Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO
What You Will Do
• Developing the security devices installation plan, defining the safety level of each area, and following up on all security-related installations
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security checks to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Controlling budgets for security operations
• Recruiting, training, and supervising security staff and vendors, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and devise measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Investigate security incidents and promptly report findings to management.
• Maintain a secure environment for plant assets and minimize potential security breaches.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance plant security.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security management.
• Conduct security awareness training for all employees and contractors.
• Develop emergency response plans and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in security management, preferably in a plant or industrial setting, or a bachelor's degree in security management or a related field
• Experience establishing plant security protocols and plans and Strong knowledge of security best practices and risk management.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising experience for security officers and guards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Preferred:
• More than one year of law enforcement experience
• Good understanding of the Security and Access H/W
• Good understanding of the Security Camera and Access system
• IT & network knowledge
• Essential Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.
• Familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
• Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25-30 pounds)
• Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
• Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
