Job description

As a Global Account Manager, Developer Relations, you'll own the technical charter for advancing integration of NVIDIA's libraries, models, and frameworks across one of our largest and most strategic partners. You will work with product teams across NVIDIA and Microsoft. You will help drive the integration of NVIDIA's libraries, open models, and frameworks into Microsoft's platforms, aligning with their long-term business and technical goals. This highly visible position aligns with our product organization to deliver joint solutions that move the needle and with our enterprise go-to-market (GTM) organization to drive mutual success.

The ideal candidate brings an outstanding blend of Microsoft ecosystem fluency, a deep passion for developer advocacy, and strong technical account management experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive adoption of NVIDIA software libraries, open models, and frameworks throughout business, product, and engineering groups

  • Work closely with the NVIDIA account and technical teams on product and engineering integration priorities and coordination

  • Accelerate critical workloads by showcasing and incorporating the NVIDIA software stack (libraries, models, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines. Support Microsoft in integration by connecting NVIDIA's DevTech, SA, Developer Relations, and Product engineering teams to boost adoption and promote collaborative development of next-generation solutions.

  • Engage NVIDIA technical leaders to guide integrations and resolve technical challenges. Use regular syncs to track adoption, identify new workflows, and relay field insights to product teams.

  • Build positive relationships with executive and technical collaborators across partner organizations - from C-suite sponsors to the developers building production software

  • Advocate for NVIDIA software among the partner's technical leaders, architects, and developer groups, encouraging early adoption of tools, libraries, SDKs, models, and blueprints

  • Identify unique integration opportunities to deliver differentiated solutions and compelling value propositions - particularly in agentic workflows, data processing and model optimization

  • Champion partner's needs and perspectives within NVIDIA, influencing product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market initiatives

  • Act as NVIDIA's PIC (Pilot in Command) to lead and influence cross-functional teams - including product management, engineering, solutions architects, marketing, and ecosystem teams - ensuring partnership success

  • Collaborate with GTM teams including marketing and co-sell teams to incubate partnerships, deliver early joint wins with key LHAs and highlight joint successes

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent experience)

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in developer relations, product management, technical partnerships, business development, or solutions architecture, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in applying accelerated computing to production workloads - inference serving and optimization, AI/ML/agentic software development, data processing, vector search, and/or search and ads ranking

  • Deep understanding of Hyperscalers platform ecosystems - first-party (1P) services and PaaS offerings, data processing platforms, inference platforms, agentic workflows/frameworks, model catalogs/gardens - and the software stack that runs them

  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams

  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts and articulate value propositions to audiences ranging from developers to C-suite executives, with end-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and bringing solutions to market with strategic customers and/or ISV partners

  • Experience influencing partner product roadmaps

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA, MS, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA software libraries, frameworks, and models (e.g., Nemotron, Cosmos, CUDA-X, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, cuVS, cuDF, NIM, Dynamo, Triton, TRT-LLM, Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Metropolis)

  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs

  • Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product rationalization

  • Deep experience working at or alongside Microsoft
