Job Summary – Senior Manager: Support & Delivery / Projects
- Lead and manage technology support operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee and drive successful delivery of technology projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure organizational discipline through strong prioritization, organization, and operational management.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues to meet business commitments.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve and scale support and delivery processes, leveraging automation and AI.
- Operate as a hands-on leader, comfortable working with limited direction and making independent decisions.
- Occasionally provide support during weekends to maintain seamless 24/7 operations (majority of after-hours coverage handled by on-call teams).
- Work onsite in Miami, FL, four days per week.
- Mentor and manage support/delivery teams to foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and technology service delivery.
- Maintain continual process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management, technical service delivery, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL highly preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Local to Miami (onsite requirement).
