  • Manage full-cycle accounting using Sage 100 Contractor

  • Oversee financial reporting, job costing, and reconciliations

  • Ensure integrity of AP/AR and general ledger

  • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes

Qualifications:

- Expert in Sage 100 Contractor software
- Minimum AA Degree, BA Degree a plus
- Minimum of 3.7 GPA
- Interested in office work in a fast-paced growing company
- Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and MUST be proficient using MS Excel
- Must demonstrate SUPERIOR MULTITASK capabilities
- Mature, responsible, self-starter and quick learner
- EXCELLENT communication skills both verbal and written
- Must have a RELIABLE car and GOOD driving record
- Ideally live in or NEAR Campbell
Hours: F/T-Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00.
