To succeed as an Executive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in inventory management or supply chain processes, usually supported by a relevant degree or diploma. Familiarity with ERP systems, returns management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are typically required.
