The successful candidate will bring exceptional organization, discretion, executive-level communication skills, and strong technical proficiency, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This is a highly visible role requiring confidence, sound judgment, professionalism, and trusted partnership with senior leadership. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of coordination across calendars, meetings, travel, events, communications, and operational priorities, helping ensure the Global Risk Management leadership team operates efficiently and effectively.This role will report to the Chief of Staff & Head of Operations, Global Risk Management, with primary support to the Chief Risk Officer.Responsibilities & DeliverablesProactively manage complex executive calendars, ensuring priorities are aligned, conflicts are anticipated, and executive time is used effectively.Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, balancing competing demands with sound judgment and discretion.Act as a trusted liaison and point of coordination for interactions with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and internal teams.Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, meeting logistics, and related documentation.Manage expense reporting and reimbursements in accordance with company policy.Anticipate travel-related needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure seamless execution.Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, conferences, and office-based events, including logistics, materials, technology needs, and follow-up actions.Support onsite coordination for key Global Risk Management events, leadership forums, external engagements, and executive meetings.Ensure in-office coordination supports a professional, well-run experience for executives, visitors, and stakeholders.Track action items, follow-ups, commitments, and deadlines to support accountability and execution.Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.Maintain organized records, documentation, and administrative processes that support efficiency and consistency.Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and proactively implement practical solutions.Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support broader operational priorities across Global Risk Management.Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Required Experience & SkillsExperience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong executive presence and professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including complex calendar management.High degree of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal direction.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.Experience coordinating executive meetings, leadership events, offsites, conferences, or external engagements.Experience arranging travel and managing expense reporting.Experience with Concur for travel and expense management is preferred.Microsoft Teams proficiency is preferred.Familiarity supporting leadership in regulated, corporate, financial services, technology, or similar professional environments is helpful.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexible in-office expectations based on business needs.Ability to occasionally provide flexibility outside standard business hours to support executive schedules, as needed.This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA , with a minimum expectation of two days per week onsite .
