Job description

Account Manager/Executive

You will be responsible for building, owning, and expanding your own book of business within a modern Salesforce consulting partner that prioritizes outcomes over hours. This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role for someone who can originate opportunities, close new clients, and grow accounts over time.

You’ll operate across the full sales cycle — from new logo acquisition through to expansion and renewals — working closely with delivery leaders to ensure deals are sold realistically and delivered with impact.

You’ll own and grow a portfolio of client accounts for a modern Salesforce consulting partner that operates on outcomes, not hours.

You’ll work closely with delivery leads and consultants, guiding clients on priorities, holding them accountable, and ensuring Salesforce work delivers measurable business value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build new logo pipeline through proactive outreach, relationships, and referrals
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including multi-threaded deals
  • Sell both project-based engagements and ongoing retainer-style services
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to sell feasible, value-driven solutions
  • Manage and grow accounts post-sale through expansion and renewals
  • Navigate economic buyers vs champions and progress deals with discipline
  • Step into red or at-risk accounts with a clear escalation and recovery plan

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven success building and closing new business in a services or consulting environment
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling Salesforce or adjacent professional services preferred
  • Comfortable operating without heavy sales enablement, or rigid processes
  • Strong commercial judgement across sales ↔ delivery boundaries
  • Ability to articulate value over hours and challenge clients when required

Why This Role Is Different:

  • High ownership and accountability from day one
  • No rigid SOW selling or hourly-based change order delivery sales
  • Direct influence on how deals are structured and delivered
  • Opportunity to help shape a growing, high-bar Salesforce consultancy
