Sales Account Executive - TikTok Shop

AMZ Advisers

Boston, MA

Full-time

Posted 26 days ago

Job description

Who We Are

Reach Social is an official TikTok Shop Partner. We've become one of the fastest growing TikTok Shop

agencies in the US servicing 7-9 figure household brands. Our ambition is to become the most sought after

social commerce partner/service provider in the market. This is a great opportunity to be part of a driven and

ambitious team and participate in the next generation of commerce and digital marketing.

We don't just run affiliates. We build repeatable creator systems that drive real GMV — combining affiliate

strategy, creator relationships, merchandising, and content insight.

Description

This role starts in sales support and grows into owning the entire sales process. You'll learn how we sell,

who we sell to, and what makes a great client for Reach — and over time, you'll run that process yourself. If

you're motivated, coachable, and want to eventually be the person closing deals, this is your path.

No prior sales experience required. Drive and commitment to learning are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

First 90 Days

- Own sales admin: CRM management, pipeline tracking, follow-up sequences, scheduling calls

- Shadow the founder on every sales call — learn the pitch, handle objections, understand the close

- Help improve our outreach and lead generation process

By Month 6

- Run discovery calls independently with founder coaching

- Own the top of the funnel end-to-end

- Begin moving prospects through the pipeline without hand-holding

By Month 12

- Close deals independently

- Own the sales pipeline with minimal founder involvement

- Help build out the sales playbook for future hires

What Success Looks Like

- Pipeline is organized and nothing falls through the cracks

- Discovery calls run smoothly and independently by month 6

- Deals are closed independently by month 12

- Sales playbook is built out and ready for future hires

- You're a trusted partner to the founder in growing Reach's client base

Qualifications

- Hungry — you want to get on calls, not just manage spreadsheets forever

- Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks

- A strong communicator, both written and verbal

- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it fast

- Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed closely

What We're Not Looking For

- Someone who sees sales admin as a dead end (it's where you learn the craft)

- Someone who needs a rigid structure to stay productive

- Someone looking to coast
