We're looking for an Executive Operations Manager who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and holding people accountable. Compensation
  • Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000

Responsibilities
• Build, improve, and manage the systems that keep the business running efficiently.
• Oversee transactions from contract to close while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and key business performance metrics.
• Create SOPs, workflows, and training materials that support scalability.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach administrative team members.
• Support sales operations through accountability, KPI tracking, and performance management.
• Monitor lead generation, marketing results, and ROI.
• Partner with ownership to solve problems, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of operations, project management, or leadership experience.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading projects and holding others accountable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
