Executive Remote Travel information

What is an executive remote travel professional?

An Executive Remote Travel professional is someone who specializes in coordinating and managing travel arrangements for executives and high-level clients, often working remotely. Their responsibilities include booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as handling last-minute changes and ensuring a seamless travel experience. They must be highly organized, discreet, and skilled at problem-solving to cater to the unique needs of busy executives. Working remotely allows them to assist clients from anywhere, leveraging technology and global resources.

How does an executive remote travel professional typically collaborate with clients and vendors across different time zones?

Executive Remote Travel professionals often coordinate with clients and vendors worldwide, requiring strong communication and time management skills. They typically use digital communication tools, such as email, video conferencing, and instant messaging, to arrange meetings and resolve issues promptly. Flexibility is key, as meetings or urgent requests may occur outside of standard business hours. Building strong relationships with global partners and maintaining clear, proactive communication ensures smooth travel arrangements for executive clients.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an executive remote travel coordinator, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Executive Remote Travel Coordinator, you need expertise in travel planning, logistics management, and familiarity with corporate travel policies, often supported by experience in travel management or hospitality. Proficiency with booking platforms (such as GDS systems like Sabre or Amadeus), itinerary management tools, and visa processing systems is essential. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills help you deliver seamless travel experiences and handle last-minute changes. These abilities ensure efficient, cost-effective, and stress-free executive travel, supporting productivity and organizational goals.

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you'll play a critical role in expanding access to high-quality childcare by developing strategic partnerships with employers across the country. You'll work directly with senior HR and business leaders to design childcare benefit solutions that help organizations attract, retain, and engage their workforce.

This is an opportunity for a consultative, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, navigating mid-market and enterprise sales cycles, and building long-term executive partnerships. If you're energized by selling meaningful solutions that improve the lives of working families while driving measurable business outcomes, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers-Benefits and HR executives-to identify workforce challenges and recommend tailored childcare benefit solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of KinderCare for Employers' offerings, client business priorities, and employee benefits strategies to position solutions that create long-term value.
  • Lead complex consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation, implementation, and account expansion, managing sales cycles ranging from 2 to 18 months.
  • Generate new business by proactively prospecting, identifying, and engaging employer prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic business development activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Grow existing client partnerships through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, executive business reviews, and solution demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and exceptional client experiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Corporate Development to develop winning strategies and deliver on client commitments.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, account plans, and customer activity within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, legislative and funding developments, competitive activity, and emerging workforce challenges to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent KinderCare at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events while managing travel and territory expenses responsibly.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of consultative B2B sales experience selling complex services or solutions to Human Resources leaders, including benefits, employee wellbeing, healthcare, workforce solutions, childcare, or related offerings.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or middle-market accounts with multi-state or regional territory responsibility.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales opportunities with annual revenue targets of $1M+.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through implementation and ongoing account growth.
  • Proficiency using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), territory planning tools, and sales forecasting methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
