Location: Remote with 50% travel to project sites

As a Project Executive - Heavy Industrial, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the most complex and high-profile industrial projects in the country. This is an opportunity for a proven construction leader who thrives on building trusted relationships, driving strategic decisions, and leading teams to exceptional results. You'll serve as the executive leader clients turn to for guidance and confidence, helping shape projects from the earliest pursuit conversations through successful completion.

Working alongside owners, engineers, trade partners, and internal leaders, you'll influence project strategy, guide preconstruction and execution planning, and help create certainty on challenging, high-value work. You'll champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while developing strong teams and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The anticipated salary range for this position is $138,000 - $186,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Four‑year engineering degree (construction management preferred) or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • Advanced management or technical training preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex construction projects, ideally in heavy industrial or related markets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, lead teams, and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
  • Valid driver’s license: role may require travel and participation in vehicle programs (subject to MVR review).
