Position Overview:


Kensington Grey Agency Inc is hiring an experienced Talent Manager to join our expanding Influencer Management Agency. As a Talent Manager you will drive revenue from Kensington Grey's top spending brand partners and new revenue from business development to your roster of diverse social media influencers.

You are passionate about sales with brand and agency contacts and have a strong knowledge of the Influencer Marketing landscape. US social media agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ideally, you are a self-driven creative thinker, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You're creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative all vital attributes in order to interact successfully with internal and external clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate consistent communication with talent and provide strategic career guidance.
  • Develop and conceptualize campaign strategies for all incoming opportunities for the Kensington Grey talent roster, aligning with budgetary constraints and individual strengths.
  • Negotiate and establish appropriate budgets for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including individuals and brands.
  • Proactively pitch opportunities to brands, tailored to the specific needs and goals of the talent.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, events, and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for the growth and development of existing clients, while contributing to new program proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct research to provide insights on emerging talent and market trends.
  • Oversee and manage a personal roster of talent, ensuring all needs are met.
  • Establish and adhere to reasonable timelines for campaigns and deliverables.
  • Confirm all requirements, logistics, and expectations related to campaigns and activations.
  • Manage and maintain talent calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Set and manage client expectations effectively to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Build and nurture relationships with talent, agencies, and brands to foster long-term collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of direct talent management experience
  • Proven experience in negotiating and securing endorsements and commercial deals.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within the sports industry is a plus.
  • Extensive network of key executives and industry leaders.
  • Vast experience in securing six-figure and higher endorsements and partnerships.
  • Experience working with talent and brands along with excellent pitching abilities.
  • Strong marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and team members.
