What You'll Do:
  • Lead executive coaching interventions for senior leadership teams, utilizing your expertise to help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
  • Design and execute long-term change management strategies and OD interventions, including training programs, assessment workshops, and leadership development.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of organizational behavior and management science to understand the complexities of organizations and drive sustainable change.
  • Provide expert consultation on organizational learning, performance improvement, and the latest trends in organizational development.
  • Engage with leaders in providing and receiving constructive feedback while helping them navigate challenges such as stress, frustration, and conflict resolution.

What We're Looking For:
  • Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on experience in OD interventions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Educational Background: A master's degree in one of the applied behavioral sciences (Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Management Science).
  • Strategic Vision: Skilled in visualizing, designing, and implementing long-range change management strategies to drive organizational success.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle complex organizational dynamics.
  • Affiliations & Certifications: Active affiliations with OD organizations such as the Organizational Development Network or the International Association of Facilitators, with certification in coaching and the ability to administer and interpret assessment instruments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Executive Coaching Certification: An ICF-certified coach or an individual with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology is highly preferred.
  • Assessment Expertise: Qualified to administer and interpret executive assessment tools used in interventions.
