About Plutus Health Inc.

Plutus Health Inc. is a leading provider of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, certified in SOC2 compliance, and specializes in revenue cycle optimization for hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare organizations across various specialties. We are proud to be recognized by Becker's Healthcare as one of the Top Revenue Cycle Management Companies to Know (2026), featured on the Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies, honored in the SMU Cox Dallas 100™ for multiple consecutive years, and recognized by Black Book Research as a leading healthcare RCM solutions provider.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the go-to-market engine that will define our future.

You'll own the sales strategy end to end — designing the playbook, building the team, and driving the revenue that fuels Plutus Health's next stage of growth. You'll work at the intersection of executive leadership, marketing, and operations, with direct influence over how we go to market and win in the healthcare RCM space. If you thrive on ownership, love building high-performing teams from the ground up, and know how to sell into complex healthcare organizations, this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives Plutus Health's revenue and market share goals
  • Identify and pursue new business across physician groups, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Expand Plutus Health's footprint and reputation across the RCM market

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Run regular pipeline reviews and forecasting cadences
  • Build a results-driven, collaborative sales culture that people want to be part of

Business Development

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners
  • Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
  • Represent Plutus Health at industry conferences and networking events
  • Negotiate and close large strategic contracts and partnerships

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Marketing on lead-generation strategy and campaigns
  • Work closely with Operations and Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on market expansion and growth initiatives

Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate, reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
  • Use CRM tools and analytics to track performance and surface insights
  • Continuously improve sales processes, productivity, and conversion rates

Market Intelligence

  • Track healthcare and RCM industry trends
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging market opportunities
  • Bring data-backed recommendations to leadership on where to play and how to win

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
  • A proven track record selling Healthcare RCM, Healthcare IT, Medical Billing, or Healthcare SaaS solutions
  • A history of exceeding quota and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and executive-level client relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Willingness to travel as needed by the company

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to physician groups, hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), or specialty healthcare providers
  • An existing network within the healthcare provider and RCM industry
  • A track record of building and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment

Why Plutus Health

  • A seat at the table to shape our sales function and go-to-market strategy from a leadership level
  • The backing of a fast-growing, award-winning company (Inc. 5000, Dallas Top 100, EY Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist)
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on helping healthcare providers succeed financially
  • Real ownership over the team you build and the results you drive
