Description

Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry. ย Weย 

distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink,ย 

etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed,ย 

and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.


Position Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipmentย 

including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customerย 

satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. ย You will service customersย 

in Kentucky and Indiana. ย Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early eveningย 

hours. ย However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.ย 

Requirements

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.ย 

Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventativeย 

maintenance schedules.ย 

Customer service via on-site visits and telephone support.ย 

Assisting in tech sales as needed.ย 


Requirements, Experience and Educationย 

High school diploma / GED equivalent.ย 

Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.ย 

Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.ย 

Physical Requirementsย 

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.ย 


Other Skills/Abilities:

Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.ย 

Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed. ย ย 

Service locations are located throughout Kentuckiana. ย You must be open to drivingย 

distances and periodic overnight stays. ย Be a Road Warrier!!ย 

A company vehicle is provided. ย A good driving record must be maintained.ย 

Be safety oriented.ย
