About the Role

We're hiring an elite Account Executive to close high-ticket PR contracts ranging from $50K$200K+ annually. You'll work exclusively warm, qualified leads 300+ delivered monthly by our marketing engine and internal SDR team. No cold prospecting. No internal politics. Just closing.

This is a career-defining seat for a proven closer who wants to earn $250K$400K+ selling consultative PR solutions to C-suite executives, venture-backed founders, and industry leaders.

What You'll Do
  • Close high-ticket PR contracts ($4K$20K+ monthly retainers)
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and closing conversations with qualified prospects
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, founders, and marketing leaders
  • Master our proven sales framework and consistently exceed monthly quota
  • Manage deals from first call to signed contract with clean CRM discipline
  • Hand off closed clients seamlessly to our world-class PR delivery teams
Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Proven track record closing $100K+ deals (annual contract value)
  • 2+ years in consultative/solution selling (marketing services, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
  • Demonstrated success at $200K+ OTE roles with documented quota overachievement
  • C-suite relationship building experience and executive presence
  • CRM mastery (Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel) with clean pipeline management
